...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...Kansas...

  Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Andrew, Buchanan and
  Doniphan Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING TO MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at St Joseph.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning to Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding upstream and downstream
  from St. Joseph occurs.
  At 19.0 feet, Backwater from the Missouri River floods property
  along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri.
  At 21.0 feet, Riverfront Park in St. Joseph begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:35 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Thursday morning to a crest of 20.2 feet early Saturday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
